Experienced investors who qualify for our Elite program can get up to 100% of the purchase price and renovation, capped at 75% of ARV, subject to underwriting and final approval.†
†On loans up to $500,000, value and renovation budget are confirmed through an on-site valuation instead of a full appraisal. Loans above $500,000 require an appraisal and a minimum 660 FICO. Additional third-party review may be required. All loans subject to underwriting and final approval.
