The fund holds a diversified portfolio of short-term, first-lien residential loans — all underwritten and managed by a team that knows how to move capital efficiently and protect investor returns.
Ternus has funded 300+ loans totaling over $50 million without any principal losses. We target attractive income with the potential for mid-teen IRRs.
