Through the portal, shareholders may be able to review investment records, account information, documents, and other available materials related to their investment.

These benefits were included in the Form C/A’s Founders Club perks section, which also states that Ternus may determine and modify Founders Club rights and privileges from time to time.
Annual Shareholders Conference
The event is intended to bring shareholders, leadership, and partners together for a day focused on transparency, alignment, long-term vision, and open dialogue. Additional venue, agenda, and registration details will be shared closer to the event date.
Shareholder Updates and Reporting
Ternus intends to keep shareholders informed through appropriate company updates, shareholder communications, and required reporting.
Following the first sale of securities in the Regulation Crowdfunding offering, Ternus is required to file annual reports electronically with the Securities and Exchange Commission and post them on its website, unless and until its reporting obligations terminate under applicable Regulation Crowdfunding rules.
